Monitoring the Scholarship
Each year, the school plays a vital role in supporting scholarship recipients to ensure the continuation of their funding. This includes providing academic guidance, monitoring student progress, and helping recipients meet the expectations outlined by the HimalEd Foundation. To maintain transparency and accountability, the school—along with the student—is required to submit updated documentation annually. This includes academic records, attendance reports, and any other relevant information that demonstrates the student’s ongoing eligibility for the scholarship.
In addition to academic verification, scholarship recipients are also expected to submit a brief annual report detailing how the scholarship funds have been utilized. This report may include expenses related to tuition, books, uniforms, transportation, or other educational needs. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that the funds are being used appropriately and effectively to support the student’s learning journey. These annual submissions allow the HimalEd Foundation to assess each student’s progress, uphold the integrity of the scholarship program, and continue building trust with donors and stakeholders who are committed to long-term educational impact.
