HimalEd Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, officially registered in Texas in July 2025 by a dedicated group of academicians and professionals. United by a shared commitment to educational equity, we work to uplift talented and underserved students in Nepal through targeted scholarships, skill-building programs, and global collaboration.

Mission Statement
The organization aims to engage in educational activities with a focus on technical, vocational, and inclusive learning. It aims to provide free education to deserving, financially poor but academically strong students, integrates modern pedagogy and technology, engages diaspora expertise, and envisions establishing an educational center.
