Dr. Karna Thapa

 Dr. Thapa is a well-known educator and academic leader with more than two decades of experience serving in distinguished public and private institutions in Nepal. Before relocating to the United States in 2014, he held senior leadership roles in education, driving research, management, and institutional development. His academic credentials include an MBA from Tribhuvan University, an M.Phil. from Kathmandu University, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Competencies of School Principals in Nepal. Recognized for vision and impact, Dr. Thapa played a pivotal role in transforming higher education programs at Little Angels’ College in Lalitpur. In addition to his contributions to education, Dr. Thapa is a credentialed professional accountant and corporate trainer. He brings more than 10 years of financial management experience as a corporate accountant with a New York-based IT company. His unique blend of expertise in education, leadership, and finance positions him as a dynamic professional committed to advancing organizational and community goals. He currently resides in Hutto, Texas, with his family.
