Neelam Bimali

Hailed from the educationally and politically very fertile land of Jhapa, Nepal, Neelam Bimali has been one of the active youth personalities among Jhapali communities, especially in the field of education, health and social welfare activities for more than two decades. With BBS degree from TU and BA/MCJ from PU in Nepal in terms of his formal education, his zeal and enthusiasm to contributing to the sake of mankind that started from his birth place of Jhapa district, has now advanced to other parts of Nepal as well.
Mr Bimali has been lending a helping hand via various social forums to the financial needs of the children to go to schools in various districts of Nepal for a long time. He was very active and vocal for the advancement of Jhapali Samaj, USA, so the people living abroad could have some solid basis for the unified strength financially, socially, culturally and knowledgeably with the long term vision and mission of uplifting the educational need and quality of the helpless, deprived and diligent children in Nepal.
With the sole purpose of unifying the dynamic educationists, entrepreneurs, literary figures and renowned personalities of various walks of life of the Jhapa district who had been residing in different places in Kathmandu, Mr Bimali initiated his social service as a founder member of Jhapa Development Forum in Kathmandu around the mid 2000’s, which has been carrying out various social welfare activities since then. Now, being part of HimalEd Foundation as a founding member, his active role in the educational projects in different parts of Nepal is highly aligned with fostering the quality contribution to the educational needs of the deprived, underprivileged, studious and diligent children, who could emerge as quality and promising human beings. This is the ultimate goal of the HimalEd Foundation.

Currently, Mr Bimali, with social service in heart and soul, lives in Fort Worth, Texas,
with his family of very beautiful and supportive wife, Kalpana Ghorasainee, and two lovely sons Gaurav and Nirav, the latter being more funny.
