Dr. Devendra Pandeya

Dr. Devendra Pandeya is a Senior Scientist specializing in molecular biology, biochemistry, and human nutrition. He has extensive experience in research, teaching, and service with various academic institution and organizations. Born in Gulmi, Nepal, Dr. Pandeya earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. During his early career in Nepal, he taught at both high schools and colleges, while also engaging in several scientific research projects. He completed his Ph.D. at Yeungnam University, South Korea, followed by postdoctoral research at Seoul National University. Dr. Pandeya then joined Texas A&M University in 2011, where he completed a second postdoctoral fellowship and continues to serve as a Research Scientist. Dr. Pandeya has authored and co-authored numerous publications in prestigious scientific journals and holds co-authorship on two U.S. patents. His research product got the regulatory approval from USDA-APHIS and FDA. His longstanding commitment to science, education, and innovation continues to contribute to advancements in molecular biology and human nutrition and health.
