About the Scholarship Program

HimalEd Foundation has been providing scholarships for academically strong but financially poor school students in Nepal. Each recipient receives NPR 15,000 every year until they graduate from high school. The foundation develops a set of criteria to receive the support, and the local school is responsible for selecting some of the best and neediest students as scholarship recipients. Indeed, students need to demonstrate high academic excellence to receive the scholarship continuously. This project is absolutely based on our generous donors.
